Patented and in use all over the world: our Valvoseal system welds vacuum bags safely and with zero dust emission by means of ultrasound. The weld is executed in a kind of "waffle pattern" which provides a totally airtight seal and ensures that the valves stay securely closed during any further processing and transport. This system is also used in the Valvocut unit which likewise cuts off the valves in a 100% dust-free process.
